Från start till mål så var denna upplevelse över alla förväntningar. Känslan som en resort mitt i stan gör detta hotel magiskt. Fint område, bra pool och utsikt. Nära till flera bra restauranger, seven eleven nära, gratis shuttle bus till BTS tåget. ICONSIAM är inte långt borta. Dottern älskade detta ställe och vi vuxna med! Personalen väldigt bra på engelska och bra service! Vi kommer komma tillbaka.

The location is the best part! Right by the river. I love having a meal or drinks outside and just watching the river boats all day and evening! The restaurant is very nice and the food good. The breakfast buffet is, while adequate, just tired. Same offerings-why do we have chicken sausage EVERY day? The homemade soups were excellent though-loved the corn and pumpkin . I wanted to use the pool but could not-I am disabled and was upset there were no stairs into the pool. I could not use the ladders. Accor needs to get this fixed to allow disabled guests access.

Outstanding staff- helpful, upbeat, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The pool and grounds are delightful. The set meals are great bargains of highly-nutritious and expertly prepared food. The bedding is comfortable. The location is great-near shopping, massage, food venues, boat rides, and easy crossing of the river.

Second stay here. Hotel looks a bit work down, and some staff are not friendly. The pool, riverside view, nearby street food option and public transport options (buses and ferry) are the plus for thus hotel.

Great value and convenient location
This hotel is definitely a hidden gem, riverside view and tons of eateries just walking distance from the hotel. The hotel provides shuttle service to the BTS Sky Train (free) and also other shuttle services for a cost. Check-in counter staff and restaurant staff are all very friendly and spoke English as well. There was security on site 24/7 and were always friendly and respectful. The room was spacious enough for the two of us, however the shower was shaped as a triangle which made it a bit small and awkward to take a shower. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the convenience of having a restaurant on site. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to our family and friends. Thank you ibis Bangkok staff, we'll see you again on our next visit!
