I enjoyed my night's stay at this location. The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was the best I've had so far from a breakfast included stay.

I asked for a wake up call. Never got..my room was 206, needs a toilet adjustment and air conditioning vents need cleaned. Everytime i went to my room; the key did not work..that was a hardship..please give me a good credit so i can stay at HIE again.

Room entry door lock broken as if someone tried to break in or out. We put the ironing board against the door just in case, sadly it was booked based on reviews and a last minute booking for our anniversary. This place was run down. Carpet fan running all night to cover mildew smell. Staff was fine, we did not stay for breakfast. Never again.
