I love that they have coffee available for the guest in the lobby 24 hrs a day. I also love the fireplace. The room was large and very comfortable. My only problem was the refrigerator froze my Jimmy John sandwich

Positives: Convenient location, staff was really friendly and had decent options for the included breakfast. Negatives: Carpets and elevators throughout the hotel were really dirty and everything had a bit of an odor. The carpet in our room was damp in several places, the furniture was very beat up, insulation busting out from under the air conditioning unit, mold growing in places in the bathtub, dirt and stains on the walls, etc.

We booked two nights through your site mainly due to the advertised free shuttle and free parking. Little did we know that the shuttle did not run 24 hours and parking is an additional cost per night when not staying on site. Your site was misleading and caused great confusion. Needless to say, we paid a significant fee for a 3:15 AM shuttle to the airport and an additional chunk of money for the parked car. The person at the counter seemed disinterested in our questions/concerns. Basically, she didn’t care. Our American Airlines return flight was delayed one day, and we didn’t stay in the booked room upon return. However, since we tried to cancel in the early morning (3:00AM) of the day, we could not do so. Therefore, the second experience was disappointing since the delayed flight was out of our control and we still paid for room. Overall, we will not return to this hotel.

When we arrived at the airport to be picked up from shuttle nowhere to say that we needed to call him somebody airport told us that which was not a big deal but when you called the number it took you to number three on the menu we said for shuttle pickup and it cut you off

Breakfast - Sausage undone Plastic ware - turned face up for everyone’s hands to touch the mouth part Laundry room - no quarters available for three days to wash clothes TV comes on with sound and no video Called several times and our last night received a new TV Bathtub greasy Towels dirty - nice white towels offered next morning Spanish front desk lady very rude and unbothered All house keeping staff nice Maint- Shuttle bus driver nice Front desk African American and Caucasian woman nice and helpful Male Manager didn’t care enough to speak to me to address my concerns Female manager referred us to third party app for hotel issues and concerns but was very nice and professional. No cameras on the floors and we didn’t feel safe after two Big construction workers held the hotel door open to their room located next to the elevator and both immediately rushed out their room when my daughter passed bye and tried to enter the elevator with my daughter. Thankful she closed it and got downstairs safely.

Dont stay here. There are much better hotels for the price. Room service didnt clean the room so when we came back from an outing there was still all the garbage we had from the day before and the beds werent made, no towles. When i called down to the front desk they said room service only cleans the rooms every other day! Thats just gross...now we stayed in a vip suite, which means bigger room with an extra bathroom. The front bathroom door didnt lock and when i called down about it they couldnt seem less interested and never sent someone to fix it. The room smelled like a skunk slept there the night before, but in all fairness it is baltimore so the whole city smells like gank weed..There was no tray for the coffee maker so we couldnt use it. Breakfast on the first day was gross, clearly leftover sausage from the day before, empty waffle mix, cereal containers were dirty and didnt have the cereal that was labeled on them, and who has ever heard of serving bagels without having cream cheese?..the second day breakfast wasnt as bad. But thats when the room was dirty and we werent happy. Definitely wont come back here.

False Advertising
The website advertised free parking and 24 hour shuttle service. We were misled because the free parking was not free while we were out of town and cost $10 per night. The shuttle started at 4:30 AM. We had to be at airport at 3:30, so we had to find another shuttle (cost another $60) to get us to the airport at that time. False advertising and the desk clerk acted like she didn’t want to be bothered to help.

Country Inn & Suites is our go-to hotel of choice when we need to stay near BWI airport. The staff are always friendly, and the hotel is always clean. Never any complaints with the room. Convenient that Chili's is next door too!

Very clean, staff was really friendly. Basically a good place overall. The only odd thing was the little coffee maker in our room didn't work, when I asked at the front desk if we could get a replacement we were told the housekeeping closet was locked and they had no way to get into it until staffed the next morning. This was late afternoon on Saturday. What if something more important was needed? There's no way to access housekeeping supplies? Also there wasn't any info on room cleaning or requesting it, and no "Do not disturb" signs for the doors. Second night our room keycards didn't work and we had to get replacements. Doesn't seem like much but little things like these add up.
