The hotub is the reason we come back. Every year there is something new. They take alot of pride in the property and staff are so friendly.

We arrived on a snowy afternoon (10/21). It was magical! Our room had a wonderful view of the mountains. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and delicious breakfast. Our Chilean waiter was very helpful and kind. We will visit again!

We enjoyed our time at the Banff Aspen Lodge. It was quite a beautiful place especially stepping out was quite pleasant. We spent a considerable amount of time by the fire area just out in front. Which was also quite nice to just unwind The only thing I would say I found to be inconvenient was the parking. At the time of our stay. The parking lot underground was under construction so we ended up paying for street parking. If you want a hassle free morning. Where you can just have breakfast, which was included with our stay, it is definitely a pleasant experience. I would book here again. Hopefully have parking next time around. *We were there during the weekend which is probably the reason there was no parking. *

The location was very convenient. I was able to walk downtown. Bus stop was 5 minutes away. The room was quite small but bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Outside hot tub was really good to end a day. The lobby was cozy and all the staffs were very nice. Included breakfast was a lot better than I expected. I recommend this place and I would stay again.

Good stay for the price
The hotel has a nice proximity to downtown and the outside hot tub is really nice. I don't like how the outside rooms have the bed right next to the hot tub. It is awkward to come straight to the bed and then there is cold air that comes under the door. There were also some spots on the floor that were sharp because the carpet transition was coming up.

my only comment is regarding the front end staff. on several previous stays there was some flexibility offered at the time of check in with respect to room choice based on our loyalty to this site. on this visit upon checkin the person that helped was very rigid in what he could or couldn't offer in terms of room upgrades despite the hotel not being very busy. This led us to consider other hotels in the future as this an annual trip we take for my wife's birthday.

Great stay, Renovated
This hotel has been nicely renovated. The rooms were clean and spacious. They included pool robes, glass wine glasses and corkscrew, water glasses, ceramic coffee cups, espresso cups, and a an espresso machine. The hot tub area was clean very enjoyable. The sauna was out of service but we enjoyed the steam room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great! The good was fresh and plentiful with good variety. The staff was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.
