I called the contact number prior to check-in to make sure my husband could check-in to our room before me, and if he would need the credit card used for the booking. The representative assured me he did not need the card for check in as no charges are processed until check out. Despite the representatives assurances, the hotel reception said that was incorrect and he indeed did need the card to check in, otherwise he had to pay the stay in full before being able to access the room. Reception staff was completely unhelpful. Maybe the reception staff and whoever operates the phone line need to have a conversation, before more people are given opposing information and end up frustrated with the hotel before their stay even starts. A poor experience. We liked this hotel from prior stays, we will likely try somewhere else next time.

My first and last in this hotel. We checked in late, already tired and hungry but couldn’t settle yet because we needed to wait for a staff to provide us with trolley for our stuff. Paid for the parking and it was not easy too. Terrible service.

Hotel advertises underground parking available. However any vehicle over 6 feet ( so essentially any truck or larger sized SUV) need not apply. 7 stalls available for larger vehicles in a hotel with 24 floors. Next option is pay parking on the street in downtown Calgary. APP and scan parking is only valid until 8am for overnight parking. Had to get up early, leave the hotel to validate the parking again 4hrs prior to check out… Will never stay here again… The area is also swarming with homeless people but that is pretty much all of downtown Calgary nowadays . Sad actually what our province is evolving into…
