Skyway and LRT is a bonus
Located close to the peace bridge in downtown Calgary. There's also and LRT stop right outside. Rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The parking set up is the only reason for the 4 star instead of 5. The elevator skips P2 so you'll have to take the stairs.

Very nice renovated room. The pool/hot tub area are also very nice and clean, the gym as well. Having the Moxies right there is convenient. They allow your vehicle to stay past checkout, which is super convenient.

Lovely clean hotel located downtown with moxies restaurant and bar ajoined to it.Spotless rooms with very comfortable bed and pillows.Didnt make it to swimming pool as was only there for one night

Generally had a pleasant stay at this property other than a few issues over our 3 night stay. We got in on a late flight into Calgary and the overnight staff was friendly and helpful during our check in. We had an oversized vehicle that would not fit in the underground parking but thankfully they had oversized parking outside that was just next door. There are assigned spots for oversized parking but it seemed that the people using it did not understand that and we had to update the front desk the current spot we were parked in cause someone else was in our spot every night. Rooms were a decent size and clean. The shower in our room has some signs of mold and could be due to have the caulking redone. The hotel is also next to the light rail system so you will definitely hear the trains go by in the rooms. The one issue that rubbed me the wrong way was that as I dropped my parents off in front to park the car, they asked the front desk for a bottle of water and were told to purchase one from the vending machine. I went to the front desk on my way inside and asked for a bottle of water and was given one. I was shocked to find out my parents were refused a bottle of water when I was able to get one 2 minutes later. They don’t speak perfect English and maybe the staff thought they could get away with not giving the same level of service as someone else that fluent. Whatever the motive was behind it, I believe removing a star from the rating is valid.
