We like how clean the the room was and it was very comfortable. We did not like how dirty the pools were. The pools were also not very hot. Also some of the showers shampoos and conditioner caddies did not function. At the time we stayed, there was a youth hockey team there and the hallways were their playground. The hotel was confusing to get around at first but after a day was ok. It was unclear if the room came with breakfast so we ate elsewhere.

The jets did not work in the hot tub we were in. It was dirty with sand on the bottom and on the seats. Parking is first come first served so if there is no parking available in the underground lot you have to park blocks away on the third or fourth floor for free parking.

The location was perfect to be able to have a nice walk downtown and browse the many shops and close to a multiple of restaurants! Hotel was clean and staff very friendly! We will definitely stay there again!!

The staff at the desk were great, the little bar downstairs is great and had great pizza. The hotel is situated on the main street, walkable to shops and cafes. Banff is a beautiful town. We had a room with a balcony which looked onto the hotel next door which was fine but the room was very dark.

Shopping & restraunts were with in walking distance. They have underground parking for small vehicle & limited lg vehicle above ground. Hot tubs and exercise area were clean and well maintained. Room was clean with small fridge, coffee pot & kettle. Staff were very pleasant. Restraunt had delicious breakfast.
