Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Overall the staff were friendly, good convenient location and easy walk to shop/restaurants.
The downside was the people in other rooms were loud and could easily hear them through the walls.
Bed was comfy and linens were soft and clean. Nice that there was a big tub and stand up shower in the bathroom. Great to have a pool, hot tub and steam room to relax in during the stay.
We loved the location of the property and that we could walk into town and to the bus! Our room was clean and spacious. The air was cold and a little noisy, however we actually didn’t mind the white noise!
Outdated, dirty, smelled musty, soap provided had mold growing on it. No space for any luggage. Location was decent to downtown but dark dingy room, tiny lobby, and overall desperate need of renovation. Smokers allowed to smoke anywhere on property making the already limited outdoor space undesirable even though they say smoke free property. Not worth money.
Excellent location, easy walk to restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, a bit small. The pool and hot tub were nice. The hotel is a bit tired but perfectly adequate if you’re planning in being out all day.
With a $400/night, the rooms needs to be at list clean and new. The carpet looks like it's 50 years old. Need to be totally renovated. I was sneezing everytime I was in the room. Not worth it. We were all upset and disgusted with the room. Would not recommend to anyone.

Disliked: Room comfort
Wet carpet and sockets didn’t all work.
Had to move rooms after 24 hours due to a very wet carpet that made you slip when walking in the kitchen area. This also made the room smell damp.
The new room had a double bed with one side up against a wall so made getting in and out difficult and had no side table to put phone and belongings on. It was a same as the first room was good but had a wet carpet.
Not all the sockets for phone chargers worked in the second room and as a family of four with lots of electronics to charge- this was slightly frustrating.
Positives: they did move us to a new room when we informed them of wet carpet. Good pool for the kids to play in. Plenty of parking. Good value overall. About 15 min walk from main Banff.
A bit further away from downtown than expected but an easy 15 min walk.
Room was comfortable but a bit dated and unusual that the loft air conditioner control was locked away.
Complimentary bikes were not very good ones.
We had a room with kitchenette- very convenient for the few refrigerated items you may have. Great pool and hot tub. Easy check-in and was given pointers for our stay.
It's not bad per se but at over $500 a night, I expected WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY more. At best, this would be a $29.99/night motel on the side of a deserted highway. I would never go back at this price.
Great spot. No direct breakfast on site but places to walk to. For families it would be nice to have something to grab and go to make it easier for hiking and exploring. Parking was $15 a day. The bus to town was $2 per adult. Rooms updated and having a one bedroom is clutch with two small kids.
