No microwave in the room. Pool was closed and was told that hot tub is available but it will only fit 3-5 people I guess? Not much of amenities to enjoy. Price is a bit expensive for what the hotel can offer.

The property seems to be under renovation everytime we are there. However, the staff make up for this with their friendly demeanors and prompt service. Front desk was a bit swamped this trip - so they were slow to pick up the phone. However, overall a good trip.

I really love the loft suites with kitchenette and fireplace! I didn't like the fact that I wasn't informed about the lodge hosting a marathon during our stay and the parking garage was closed off for 2 days.

I really enjoy that Rundlestone lodge and have stayed here before. I’ve just been noticing the rooms and building are looking more and more run down. It was also disappointing that the pool was under renovations because that’s why we booked this particular hotel, but understandable it was time for an upgrade. There used to be a restaurant on the main floor which is still there but is closed which was also kind of disappointing because that would have been convenient. Overall stay was good, but would probably consider staying elsewhere until Reno’s are done because it’s not like the price really reflects these things.

It was a pleasant and very nice experience. Most of the hotel room is banff is compact but this hotel is spacious plus you have mini fridge, coffee maker, a kettle if you need hot water. It’s around 15-20 minutes walk from downtown Banff.
