My husband and I stayed for a few days. We Enjoyed our stay in this hotel so much! I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I go back. Our room overlooked the playground, even with that I never heard any noise. The hotel is located at one of the entrance of Banff. We loved the fact that we could walk to restaurants and shops without any issues. Staff is super friendly and they have plenty of parking. Like I mentioned before, there's a playground right beside the hotel, perfect for families. Only negative I could mention (it doesn't mean it's a deal breaker for me) they don't have an in-site restaurants, (at least not at the time of my stayed) you have to walk to restaurants near by to grab your breakfast/meal. If you like to be near everything but not in the middle of it all, this is definitely the place to pick.

Great spot. Hotel staff friendly. Check in easy. Pool and hot tub area were great and the park right next door was awesome for my 3 year old. And location away from the main area was a bonus. Will stay here again.

It’s definitely a 3 star hotel- very outdated rooms. But the bed is comfortable and it’s clean. It’s also not in the main downtown area.

Poor experience

One receptionist trying to check in a large number of people meant the queue was literally out of the door at one point. The process was so antiquated and cumbersome, please do yourselves a favour and bring check in into the 21st century; or at least have more staff available that are trained properly in your processes. Checking in is the first impression your customers get of your service, it matters. Hotel itself was fine for an overnight stay, underground parking a bonus and the location is good if you're happy to walk or take the bus. Complimentary bus passes is a nice touch.

Its cozy enough and clean, for the cost though it is very dated and shwoing its age. Would u stay here again, probably not too expensive. The pool, fitness area and hot tub were very nice. Front desk waa very helpful at check in.
