Great hotel close to the city centre, but in a quiet area. Very comfortable hotel with all the amenities, but being smaller, there are limitations on availability. I only had the one night, so it’s difficult to do a full review, but from what I experienced, I will come back.

My stay at Clarins was exceptional. The staff was so very attentive. I loved all the details. The hotel is very centrally located and within walkable distance to many attractions. I will definitely stay again. I highly recommend the spa, a magical experience.

I liked the location which was close to major attractions and shopping area. The staff at all hours were very friendly and informative. The rooftop restaurant had a wide range of choices and the food was delicious. It was really easy to get a taxi thanks to the staff. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cleaned everyday. As you can tell I would recommend it. Also the continental breakfast is worth it even if you are only staying for a short period.

Not 5 star worthy. Deceptive marketing and pictures used, they will give you a different room that you booked. I booked a suite and they gave me a completely different tiny room and made no effort to accommodate even though they definitely had the option to.

Really terrible service and management. The room you see on Expedia is not the room they give you. And they make no effort to accommodate. Extremely deceptive pictures on booking for the rooms. Also really dirty rooms, dust everywhere and stains on couches.
