I want to say thank you , for all the staff to the Hotel , Jorge in the reception was so friendly and professional and such a good guy as well as everybody at the hotel . Breakfast was AMAZING one of the best , I been in many hotel around the world in this in A . Location is perfect to go Anywhere walking to Ramblas 10 min , so close to Port ( for cruises) . I highly recommended this Hotel is a 5 star for me , thank you and if I go back to Barcelona I definitely stop in this Hotel .

Great location and value
Really great location and value for staying in Barcelona. Highly recommend for the price. Only downside was our room wasn't ready until after check-in time at 4pm, but they offered us a complimentary drink at the bar while we waited and were very apologetic. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Was great but issues getting taxi from hotel despite staff saying thsy would order me one. Instead went to try and flag one down which took 45 minutes due to the drunk people outside taking all taxis and i was late to my booking

Best pet friendly hotel I've ever stayed in
We were traveling with 2 large service dogs and were so amazed at the way the hotel took such great care of us and our furry family. They sent up a doggy concierge, gave them beds and their own doggy bags with a blanket, food, a toy and treats. I've never had such good service before, especially when traveling with animals. They were so nice, kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel whether you are traveling with animals or not.
