It’s a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower floor was very slippery, and the hot water was a challenge to navigate.

I traveled throughout Europe for the last 2 weeks and ended my trip in Barcelona at this hotel. What a horrible way to end a trip of a lifetime. The staff at this hotel is rude, nasty, and not accommodating whatsoever. Every single one of them- from check in/front desk, to the door man, to housekeeping. As far as the rooms, they are spacious however prepare yourself to sleep with ONE pillow. And make sure you bring your own umbrella incase it rains because this hotel will deny you everything. What an awful experience. Never going back to that place again. Do not recommend staying here!

Great Location
It is in a great location. Right on the Rambla. The breakfast was good but not great although I found out at the end that you can order eggs with the waitress. Make sure you ask for a room that is not facing the street. We had to change rooms. I would return however.

From the moment we checked in to the check out all hotel staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. Our room was spacious, daily breakfast was good and the location was great.

The place is noisy because it’s located in a popular shopping and dining areas. But it’s also conveniently located to most tourist attractions like the Sagrada de familia, gothic quarter, La boqueria and others. Be careful with pick pockets which is common in Madrid and Barcelona. The hotel staff are very helpful. It’s a very safe area. I would stay there again.
