Very pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good location in a quite neighbourhood. Close to the Metro and very easy to get ro central Barcelona.

I’d like to share a few issues we found during our stay: - the water in the shower was extremely hot regardless of the setting chosen. This was a huge inconvenience as it made it very difficult to take showers. We tried different things but the water was invariably boiling!! - I booked a king size bed and was put into a room with two single beds put together - lack of privacy, as the toiled door doesn’t close properly. Really uncomfortable if sharing the room! I stayed for 3 nights from 22-25 November 2024.

Clean effecient hotel near subway
The hotel was in a good location for visiting our daughter and very convenient to the subway. However, we specifically picked it because it had a pool and when we get there we were told that the pool was under maintenance and wouldn't be open until May - sure wish they had revealed that prior to our stay. Also, our room is good for a couple -- but because the shower is totally exposed - not ideal for a familly. We did enjoy the breakfasts and the lobby bar is great.

Gem Near the Beach
Location is right near the beach, restaurants, and a few minutes walk to the rambla and metro stops. Hotel was well-cared for, solid bar, fitness room and pool a plus and in good condition. Area felt safe, just need to be mindful of your surroundings like you would in any other city.

Good business option
Good for a business stay. Open bathrooms and closets would probably not be suitable for 2 people in a room, but it was perfect for me. Entire hotel very clean and well maintained. Bed very comfortable. Small fridge in room was appreciated. Only part of room I didn't like was the step up to bed area, was dangerous. Breakfast generous buffet and good quality. Service friendly. A bit noisy sometimes in the area, but only noticable when the window was open.

This hotel is far from the Gothic Quarter, but not to far from Sagrada Familia and the beach. Transportation is available nearby as well as easy access to taxis.

A estadia no hotel foi excelente, otimo café da manhã e estrutura muito boa do hotel. Nosso receio inicial era hospedagem estar mais distante do centro turístico, porém devido estar bem perto do metro o deslocamento para as atrações turisticas é muito fácil, além de estar próximos de diversos bares e restaurantes e da praia de Bogatelli, que possui uma otima estrutura. Recomendo muito para quem nao quer ficar no centro das atrações turisticas.

There's good & bad. GOOD: Smart, helpful front desk staff! Spacious, nice looking rooms (we had 2 rooms). BAD: the shower floors are the most SLIPPERY of any hotel and no handrails anywhere. Those with balance issues should never stay here. Also there's no door to the shower exposed to the front door. Also BAD: a small step up to the bed. All 4 of us in both rooms tripped at least once, especially in the middle of the night on the way to the bathroom. GOOD: 2 free bottles of water each day. GOOD: Breakfast buffet is nice, but ALL hot egg/bacon dishes are cold (except if you order a custom omelet). Dinner was tasty but limited. FIVE stories but surrounded by taller buildings so no great view from the pool deck. Gym in small but usable. We were awakened by talking in the courtyard at 2am and 5am on two nights. It seems that most of the contemporary hotels put design above function which makes this beautiful hotel not good for anyone with physical concerns. Too bad because the fixes would be so easy if done upfront.

The hotel is nice, clean and new. The staff are helpful and responsive. I was able to get an early check in which was great. Close to the beach and public transportation. Bad points of my stay was no hot water in the shower (promptly fixed) and the room was hot the windows could not be opened and temperature controls in the room did not work.

The staff at the hotel was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I would give them excellent marks. I wasn’t very impressed with the hotel decor, however. Although it was contemporary (which I love), it just didn’t feel inviting. I wasn’t impressed with the Hotel service either. We left early morning and returned to our room around 2:30 and it hadn’t been made up. Room service was very limited and had a €5.00 surcharge. Lastly, the area, although nice enough isn’t really near anything if you’re visiting Barcelona as a tourist.
