The people was very good, kind and helpful. The room was clean. For me the problem was the room: very small, no comfortable chair to seat, no place when to use the laptop and do some work. One day I needed to use the laptop to do some work and I have to be seated on the bed and I had to put the suitcase on its side between my legs for several hours. The other problem was the bed room has no details, no tissues and others thing like that. The security box is placed so low that you need to seat in the floor to use it, that is old and dificult to use.

The hotel was in a fabulous location and what we liked was the bars and restaurants were full of locals as opposed to tourists. As a result prices for food and drink were reasonable and not inflated as in the more tourist areas.

Conveniently located with a lovely rooftop view
Staff was very helpful and the room itself was kept clean and tidy. The location is super convenient being quite close to both the metro station as well as the bus stop for the airport shuttle. The rooftop bar/pool provided an absolutely lovely view of the city.
