A wonderful hotel with huge spa including sauna, steam bath and big thermal water pools

Excellent hotel great views etc., although we weren't expecting a 5 minute drive up a steep hill to breakfast and the restaurant from our accommodation.

Lovely property and very well-maintained with attentive staff offering above and beyond help and advice. Priscilla was especially helpful with recommendations about the town and amenities.

Fee for hotel included entrance to wellness facility next door. It was first class including lockers and showers, steam room, very nice hot tub, and 2 indoor pools, as well as outdoor pool. Don’t forget to bring bath towel from room as they don’t provide towels. Unfortunately, the hotel was under renovation and restaurant was closed. They were still able to provide very good buffet breakfast.

Set out on a ridge with far reaching views across to the mountains but close enough to Barga to walk in for a late afternoon gelato.

This property has amazing views and an amazing experience. Close to a lot of small towns to visit. Less than and hour away from Lucca. This property is a true gem and the owners are fantastic. Do not miss out on their pizza night.
