When we showed up there were cigarette ashes in the toilet and the room smelled of smoke. The toilet ran constantly if we didn’t turn it off at the shutoff.

The check-in procedure is very fast with professional and warm staff. Also, the room is clean and convinient, I am genuinely impressive with the convinient space for free and easygoing breakfast and drinks. This is the place I love to return next time.

Nice clean budget room
It was fine for just one night. It was clean no bad smells, the beds were comfortable, adequate number of nice towels. All these things made a comfortable stay. The free breakfast was a big plus too. I would stay there again. Also, I got it for a good price!

The hotel staff was nice but the the overall stay was poor. The internet was difficult to connect to and then ended up not working. Under the bed was also not cleaned properly, there was a candy wrapper and a slice of fruit under the bed.

Not the best....
I stayed here on June 29th with two of my kids. The front desk person was kinda rude. The floor they had us stay on had a flooded room, so the carpet was wet. The whole hotel smelled musty. I would not recommend staying here.

Good breakfast. We were gone to funeral events all day and returned to the hallway being flooded. We didn’t realize it until we had stepped through it in our dress clothes. We then asked at the front desk and were told that toilets had overflowed and we needed to be moved. I could have been notified and we would not have ruined our shoes. The next room had a smoky smell and smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling. But the staff was very friendly.

The staff was friendly enough. I had to switch from my original room because the tubs were being updated. This was an improvement because the lack of ventilation resulted in the floor staying wet and dangerously slippery. Aldo, I requested the trash be dumped but it didn’t hsppen

It was fine
The good: Overall clean. Breakfast eggs, potatoes, Turkey sausage, pour waffles in two flavors, grits, cold cereals, muffins & bagels, juices, coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Laundry available, $1.50. Well lighted parking. Business area without riffraff. No marketing the lack of daily room cleaning as “green.” The bad: Needs a little cleaning attention in the details. They obviously use lots of disinfectant which you can smell everywhere, but the stair doors have gross handprints, crumbs in the elevators & dirty behind one of our toilets. Just some extra in the corners would go a long way. The ugly: The noises coming out of room 205 at 5 pm with a do not disturb sign on the door. I just started talking all through the hallway so my kids wouldn’t hear it. Management can’t control who stays or what they do, but sure is the first time I’ve ever actually dealt with this scenario.
