Stay was good, exceptional service by restaurant staff, they made something off menu when requested, also everything was tasty. One thing they can improve is the welcoming part when guests arrive.. also please note the road to property around 500 metres is small and narrow, hardly a suv pass through.. otherwise all fine

Stayed for 2 nights during a 2 week business trip to India. This newly built hotel is STUNNING. The private grounds feel personal, spacious & luxurious. 3 of us stayed and had a Signature lodge each. Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Food at the hotel is delicious.The hotel organised Safari for us (Jeep & Boat) which were both incredible.

We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues. The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any. Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay memorable.

It was the perfect way to unwind and immerse myself in the wellness traditions of Kerala. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff at The Taj Hotel were warm, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had the best possible stay. A special mention must go to Sreejith, who took care of us from day one until our departure. His attention to detail, thoughtful gestures, and dedication to making our stay unforgettable were truly commendable. Asish, Abhishek, Rupali, Akash ( house keeping) , Anamika, Praveen, Rupa ( check in), and the naturalists, shanmugam and vishnu were the best! Hospitality, food quality, service were the Best we have experienced across globe. Shanmugam’s knowledge of the forest, animals, birds is another level. Vishnu was a wonderful safari host who showed a great deal of the foresf and the animals. Thank you to all the staff. We will be back. They deserve a 12 out of 10 rating
