The staff was friendly and very helpful when planning tours and other outings. The room was clean and comfortable. Attention to details: enough towel racks, a carafe of filter water was provided for brushing teeth, lots of shelves in bathroom, two luggage racks, laundry service, mini bar, charging ports in several locations in room, extra blankets, robe and slippers.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at Hotel Fiesta very much. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the “to go” options. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and tour operators. The front desk staff and dining staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a tad chilly for me, but the jacuzzi made up for that! We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, walk to everything, lovely and attentive staff. Coffee on the private patio watching birds, sea lions and the ocean was dreamy. Breakfast was so good!

Our stay at Semilla Verde was truly memorable. We instantly felt welcomes by Cattya and her team at their wonderfully unique property. Giant tortoises roam freely and many were present on the vast property grounds during our stay, which adds to the overall experience. Being in the highlands, the views were stunning and the weather refreshing. Given the island of Santa Cruz is small, any location is a short taxi ride away, which is easily arranged by the property team. We also enjoyed (and made us of) the home cooked meals on site, the swimming pool and the excellent yoga studio. We are delighted we chose to stay here during our visit to Santa Cruz Island and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for any return visit.

Highland area which is colder. The town area is better for food option and transportation. However the staff is very helpful.
