They upgraded me to a bigger room for free because the one I booked was too small for a roller bed for my son. I was fully ready to pay for it and they did it for free without even making a big deal about it. That will definitely get me to go back and recommend to others. Great location. Breakfast was basic free breakfast but perfect for a quick bite and can’t beat free.

This is a nice hotel. The staff we met were very accommodating. The area is very close to many amenities shopping, restaurants, the I-5. We enjoyed the trails in Whatcom park and our visit to the ocean.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a little musty and dated appearing, but overall clean. There was a construction area in the front of the building and a light was left on directly outside my room all night. Breakfast buffet was as expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast area was clean and well-maintained.

Great location. Easy walk to shopping or dining. We were on the first floor and the light outside the window made it tough to sleep even with the curtains closed. Nothing a sleep mask couldn’t fix. We will definitely stay here again.
