Had an excellent stay at this Sotetsu Fresa Inn. The location is extremely convenient with multiple subway stations within a 10 min walk and the main Ginza shopping streets just around the corner. Hotel was clean and staff was nice; most didn't speak great English but they were very friendly and used handheld translators for more complicated requests. The rooms are small but that's pretty standard with Japan and easily manageable if you're strategic with your suitcases.

Best Ginza hotel!
The front desk person, Suzuki-san is the best. He is always friendly and truly happy to help you, from arranging the Black Cat delivery service for our large luggage to calling a cab. We loved the location of this hotel! Very easy to walk in Ginza.

I loved how quiet and clean my room was, I slept very well in the bed, and the front desk service was excellent. The people at the front desk were very helpful in assisting with luggage and gave us good instructions in getting to the Tokyo monorail.

A perfect place to stay for Tokyo; easily accessible from Haneda airport, short walk from subway stations, close to very trendy Ginza area but wonderfully quiet. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Staff service is attentive and accommodating. The breakfast buffet deserves a special shout out, with incredible selection of hot and cold items, both Japanese and Western options. The ochazuke station was particularly wonderful, as were the grilled mackerel and delightful pudding cups.

Great location. Easy check in when we arrived. It was very convenient to have a Family Mart next door and 7-11 a block away! Would highly stay at again when/ if we go back to that area.

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by Fresa Inn - yes, the room was small, but I appreciated the friendly staff, clean room, and array of toileteries offered. (Panasonic hair dryer - IYKYK) Join their hotel program and get late check out! There is a Family Mart on the ground floor of the hotel. Not sure how best to express this, but having two separate hotel entrances on two streets was a "logistical bonus". Hotel is just a block away from the Airport Limousine Bus stop. Walkable to both Ginza and Shinbashi train stations. Definitely will return.

Clean & good location
No issues during our stay here. Room was clean & a manageable size for 2 people. Yes it’s very small but didn’t come to Japan to stay in a hotel room all day. Honestly there was actually a good amount of room on the floor for 2 suitcases, we had no issues. In a good location in Ginza near plenty of shops (5 min walk to the flagship Uniqlo store) not a whole lot of food options around but a good way get out to explore other areas. Staff were happy to hold our luggage upon checkout before our flight.
