The location of this hotel was excellent for anyone who wants to explore the Shibuya and nearby neighborhoods! The convenience of it being right by the Shibuya station was the deciding factor of us despite it being quite an expensive option. There are also numerous dining options nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We pretty much confirmed all the directions of nearby attractions with reception and they patiently explained. Breakfast was delicious. The only downside for us was finding the actual entrance to the hotel! The room that we stayed in could use an update as well.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple times which is why I always go back. They had a lot of people at the front desk to help with the flow of things. However, this time the housekeepers weren’t as good as the last couple times. Not sure how to explain it so instead I’d probably stay on a different floor. Overall, I would still definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is right with over a transportation center. Breakfast is buffet which is pricey but convenient and has a fabulous view of the city. Most of staff have a working knowledge of english as well as other languages.

Admittedly a little barebones/simplistic for the price, but the price is what you pay for the amazing location in the heart of Shibuya. We even had a narrow view of the crossing from our room which wasn't expected/advertised in the room detail at all which was a pleasant surprise. It was pretty difficult navigating to the elevator initially but once we found it on both the 1st & 3rd levels we had no problems going forward - the 1st floor one especially is really tucked away but very handy!
