This hotel is dated. We arrived at 2pm for checkin but they were quick to usher us to the lobby sitting area as check in counted didn’t open until 3pm. For a large hotel with 3 towers you would expect there to be a 24 hour customer service desk. When we finally checked in at 3pm our hotel room cards were not ready so we were asked to sit and wait another 5 minutes and had to return to the counter ourselves to collect them. Overall for a 4 star hotel, I would not stay here again for the price I paid.

My wife and I traveled to Japan and wanted to be next to a station. This is a great hotel with plenty of food options , gym, casino , and train station. They do speak English and very accommodating.
