Amazing and well worth the price
AMAZING stay - probably the best hotel we have been to. Beds were super comfortable and we fell asleep instantly. There were so many perks and restaurants in the hotel, including a full equipped gym which was a huge plus. We honestly didn’t need to leave the hotel at that point. We stayed at the newly renovated floor and loved every bit of it! Immaculate views from the top floor and super modern.

Watch Out for High Cost
I had a bad experience in the restaurant asking for a Coca Cola. The staff never told me how much it would cost and it seemed absurd to pay $9.00 for a glass of soda on top of the high cost hotel. When I questioned the front desk, I was told "This is legal." I would be cautious about returning to this hotel.

Cerulean and staff are superb!
The Cerulean was awesome for our family vacation. The room was immaculate, beds were comfy, bathroom amenities were fantastic, and the views were gorgeous. We could see Mt. Fuji from our room every morning! Room service was great and well priced. The staff were phenomenal! Friendly and helpful with recommendations and reservations. We left a bag in an uber and they went above and beyond to retrieve it for us by the next morning. They went to the extent of looking at security videos for license plate number. On top of all this, the location is superb just a few minutes walk to Shibuya crossing. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommend! Thank you to the Cerulean staff for a wonderful stay.

Hotel was beautiful, reception staff excellent and very welcoming. Rooms were very clean. The downfall is the employee in the spa, not helpful and turned us away from any treatment, saying they didn’t have any openings for the 4days we were there which is very surprising. The fitness centre was also very disappointing for the hours. Having jet lag, it would have been very convenient to be able to work out before 7am, and the change room and sauna/showers not opening until 9am, it’s not convenient at all. We also had a very hard time getting into any restaurant due to the holidays which is understandable. Overall, the stay was great, only downfall was the hours of the fitness centre as well as the spa. As a spa owner, we always enjoy the spa when travelling therefor it being a disappointment.

Good solid relatively international style hotel with Japanese flavor. Very clean, good service. Bit expensive, but ended up with recently renovated room on 29th floor with distant view of Mount Fuji when the clouds parted and great views of the expanse of Tokyo at night. Good "American" style buffet breakfast that also had solid pickles, variety of fish, rice, seaweed, Japanese omelettes, etc. The bar on the 40th (top) floor is good and has great and sometimes stunning views when the light/weather is right. This was our second stay.

Value for money and great location
Located in the less hectic side of shibuya but connected with a pedestrian bridge. Perfect for those that want to have access to the city hustle without being in the centre of it. hotel is perfect for old people as everything you might need (dining, cafe, convenience store) is under one roof or, if like us you stayed there on a public holiday and can’t be certain of what shops/ dining options are open in the city so it’s good to fall back on. The deluxe room was recently refurbished and beautifully done. Very calming and restful finishes. While it wasn’t a cheap stay, I can certainly see the value the Cerulean Hotel provided- so in short, it is value for money

I’ve been staying at Cerulean when visiting Tokyo for over 10 years, but sadly they don’t seem to believe in customer service to maintain loyalty…. Grand Hyatt Roppongi would be the new “home” in Tokyo
