Very good hotel, but…
The hotel has excellent service. The personnel is friendly and extremely well trained. The hotel is very well located. The entire hotel, however, is a little tired and deserves a spruce up. For instance, the wallpaper in our bedroom was peeling off the walls. The mattress could be more comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Really comfortable, everything is provided nicely in the room, pillow is low and firm which I like. Spotless everywhere and staffs are very polite, morning buffet is excellent. There is not one thing that we are not happy with.

Good choice in the area
The hotel is in good, easy to access area. Close to train station, lots of options around for food including Family Mart and 7 Eleven and not too far to walk to Shimbashi and Ginza areas. Room was ok, not very big as expected for this high end hotel but still good considering is in middle of Tokyo. The carpet in the room could be replaced to be in line with the rest of the hotel which was very clean and nice. The bathroom was very clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options.
