This is a beautiful American style hotel - meaning the rooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the total blackout curtains helped us sleep well. The surrounding area is awesome. A few steps from the train and a huge host of restaurants and street fooderies. We walked to many attractions including Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Station. The fact that it is literally attached to a train line means you can get around the city quickly and without being exposed to the weather. Our one issue with this hotel was lack of lobby seating. Most of the lobby is taken up by a lounge which which required one to buy drinks/food. There was no place for our family to congregate and sit and talk or eat food we had taken away. There is a bar on the second floor which was full so we had no place in hotel we could get a drink. We do recommend the breakfast. It was not cheap but had two great options. We tried the restaurant first which offered both a Western style and Japanese style breakfast. I loved trying the traditional Japanese food while my wife opted for the Western breakfast. We also had the buffet which had a very good selection of both Western food and drinks and traditional Japanese dishes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They aim to please and did not disappoint.

A stunning, quiet, beautiful hotel right near transport and various eateries and shopping. Our room was large, luxurious and spotlessly clean. The staff were really, really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. There is an on-site patisserie, which makes delicious cakes. The breakfast was great and you can use your breakfast token at one of two restaurants in the hotel. All in all, a hotel we would heartily recommend.

We stayed here for the convenience, it's walkable to Ginza & nearby Shimbashi station which covers many lines. Service was great, room was spacious, only downside was the bathroom which looked pretty old & there were some parts that didn't get fixed but overall it's okay for us. We love that the hotel noted our preference to stay overlooking the train tracks, the noise didn't bother us & one of us was a light sleeper. The noise that bothering us was the noise made by other customers shouting early morning in the corridor. Thanks for a nice stay! We'd definitely come back.

Love our stay in this hotel. They took a note that our trip was for my kid's birthday & put a nice birthday card with shinkansen picture for my kid since he loves it so much along with a box of chocolate sable from their patisserie. The hotel was overall clean, but because it looked a bit old, sometimes I felt the carpet was not clean enough due to the stain. The room itself was spacious, bed was comfortable, only the bathroom looked a bit old & there were some wear & tear that weren't fixed but it's pretty okay for us. There's a slight noise from nearby train tracks but it didn't bother us from having good sleeps. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Property had good amenities. Condition of the hotel itself was a bit tired looking. Staff were excellent. Close proximity to the train station. Overall my stay was great.

11/10 definitely recommend this place. We were a party of 7 (including a 1 year old) and we had 2 rooms. They were so accommodating and even placed both rooms together. There were 3 adults and 1 baby in 1 room and it was so spacious. Their rooms are huge and their bathrooms are big. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. They are all just so amazing. They answered all of our questions as best as they could. If we are coming back to Tokyo, we will definitely be staying back here again. We got it at an affordable price and hopefully it’ll be the same price again when we rebook. I definitely recommend this place for families. The location is convenient. Family mart is around the corner, so much places to eat and Ginza 6 shopping area is about 10 minutes walk. Tsukiji Market is about 20 minute walk and the train station is right across the street. Another amazing service they offer is they’re able to service your luggage’s. We had all 6 of our luggage’s transferred over to our next hotel in Osaka and the process was a breeze. If you are looking for a sign to book with this hotel, please let this be your sign! You won’t regret it!

Nice hotel but old and need renovation badly. Carpets in hotel floors is dirty and old and should be changed. Breakfast is poor and selections are limited compared to other hotels that charges less than them. Also it is pricey for what you get.

This is my 3rd time staying this hotel. It was great staying last couple times. The room was clean and well organized. I had to clean the bathtub before I used at this time. It was not clean enough with brown spots on it. A wash cloth got really dirty after cleaning. Thankfully it was only one night stay this time.
