Excellent hotel option in Tokyo. Near the major subway stations and Airport limousine actually stops in front of hotel. All staff members were so polite, excellent service. Room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Choose breakfast option (it is definitely money well spent). Other food are little expensive end, but were all great!! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have been staying at Keio the past few years and noticed the quality of service has declined. The staff used to be super helpful and courteous and I didn’t get that sense of welcoming the past couple of years.

The Premier Grand Deluxe King rooms are beautifully appointed with great bathroom amenities and the club lounge is fantastic. Even though the main public areas could do with some modernisation, the Premier Grand rooms are phenomenal. A new favourite in the area!

Very convenient place to stay. The airport limousine bus drops you right at the building so no need to drag your bags around. The Shinjuku station is very walkable as is the rest of Shinjuku. It’s easy to get to wherever you want to go using the public transport system. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely book again.

We booked a large room for three people 2 adults and one child but at the check in they told us we have to pay extra as expedia reservation showed infant for our child!… I will try to contact Expedia about that to clarify The staff are nice, robotic really so they try to do their jobs as efficient as they can… Breakfast is ok but we had to queue for a table first morning… The area is busy with good public transport connections and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area Overall I found this property expensive for what they offer… definitely not fantastic as promoted… 7/10 as a value for money

The staff are amazing. Located in a convenient location. Breakfast is very good. Premier stay guests have great perks like free tea time and cocktail hour. And access to the 47th floor sky lounge. The bathrooms are really nice. Love the big soaking tub. And the views from the guest rooms are nice!

The staff was very friendly and most understood English, which was a bonus. They also have a Canadian gentleman (sorry forgot his name) who was bilingual and super helpful. I would definately stay there again if I go back to Tokyo.
