The room size is very good for Tokyo. We had a 3 bed room and enough drawers for a few days without living off our suitcases. Short walk to the station. Plenty of restaurants on the way to the station. Room is clean. The lobby is very big and grand but mostly empty.

Just an idealic stay at this hotel. Staff were top notch, curtious and very very helpful. Facilities are out of this world. Just wish the pool hadn't closed the day we arrived for the season should keep it open into September, still warm enough. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is grand with many restaurants. It is next to the Shinjuku station and other subway stations. The breakfast buffet is great, with many varieties.

Great hotel located a very easy walk to Shinjuku but without being in the thick of it. The hotel itself was beautiful and the facilities well maintained. Very glad we booked a club room - the inclusions were definitely worth it. Particularly the lounge on the 47th floor which had a dedicated kids play space and a fantastic view of the government metropolitan light projections. Would definitely stay here again.

"I'd like to share my experience using the coin laundry at the hotel. I found that local Japanese customers are very disciplined in following the rules, similar to what we experienced in Vancouver. However, I noticed that some guests from Southeast Asia and India did not adhere to the guidelines. They left their clothes in the washing machines for over two hours. Although we asked the hotel staff to help, the release code wasn't working despite their best efforts. When these guests returned, they claimed the machines were reserved for their friends, although we didn't see anyone else waiting. I suggest the hotel post a notice to remind all guests of the rules when using the coin laundry. This would prevent others from suffering due to such inconsiderate behavior, as we ended up wasting four hours waiting and missed several sightseeing spots in Shinjuku because of it."

Overall enjoyed my stay here, had a bit of an issue with the bathroom smelling constantly which is the only issue I had, staff did try to sort it out but it was still there. Room size was large and staff were helpful. Loved the supplied pyjamas! Also managed to do some laundry there which was straight forward and easy. About a 10 min walk to Shinjuku station with the Toei Odeo line also next to the hotel. It’s a quiet location which I liked and never too far from the sites. Would stay here again.

It was very quiet in the room, stocked with all the amenities one can possibly need. The breakfast buffet had delicious options. The pool was great although we only got to use it once since our schedule was packed. Close to train station and convenience stores. Staff was helpful. Will stay here again!

My arrival was delayed due to a volcanic eruption. Clearly an act of god and the property refused any compromise. Basically, theft, fraud, whatever you want to call it. There was ample vacancy. Not the treatment I expected in Japan.
