The hotel is clean, quiet, staff members are very caring. They put very advanced equipment in the rooms. The toilet bowls have an interesting design and when it is flushed, it is very quiet and did not bother the other person sleeping. The bathroom shower system is very well designed. They have fantastic buffet breakfast.

We stayed here at both ends of our trip. Staff was very helpful and had our luggage waiting in our room for us when we arrived. We had the 4 single beds, which worked for us. We booked it for the convenience to the train station so we could use our JR train passes. It allowed us to get 4 beds in one room. The beds are a little smaller than our traditional twin size beds. This did not have a microwave, but we knew that when booking. It was convenient to a major shopping center about 1 block away.

We booked this because we were traveling with 2 adult children and we were able to get 4 individual beds in 1 room. The hotel is conveniently located to a major JR train line so we were able to use our pass to get us easily around Tokyo. The beds are a little smaller than what we are use to as a twin size, so traveling with someone at 6' 3" and 6' 6", they had to adjust. The staff is very helpful and helped us ship and receive our luggage with our other hotels. There is a major shopping mall a block away with pretty much anything you need along with a full grocery store in the basement. It would have been nice if there was a microwave in the room, but we knew when we booked that it didn't, so not a hit against the hotel.

Love the convenience that they have airport limousine pick up and drop off. Clean facility, breakfast buffet was good. Walking distance to family mart, 7-11, shopping area. Nice view of skytree.

Amazing stay at Tobu hotel, extremely helpful and friendly customer service agents. The hotel was also clean and elegant. The surrounding areas also had plentiful of eateries and shopping and is conveniently located next to a station.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here. The Skytree view is great. I've always had a great experience here, Kinshicho station is close and the Airport limousine stop is at the hotel, very convenient. there's many places to eat both in the hotel and nearby. The hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm coming back for more status here. My only compliant is that there are like anyplace some guests that are a bit loud but I don't think that can be helped.

Great location, clean and friendly staff
Very spacious rooms, clean and comfortable beds. The front staff let us check in a bit earlier, which was amazing after a long flight. Hotel is in a central area with food, shopping and transit nearby. Highly recommend!

This is our first time in Japan for our family. Tobu hotel located in a very nice area, not too far from all major attraction. Staff are friendly and helpful. All room has various amenities such as slipper, bath robe, tooth brush, hair brush, hair tie, razor and more. This hotel is consider upscale so meals price could be a bit pricey. I do recommend first time travel to Japan to stay here since there are many dining option outside of the hotel.
