We loved the subway easy access to all holiday illumination. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many varieties. Room got cleaned each day with courteous staffs. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland was a plus. We like to return stays at this hotel again next time.

We had an excellent stay. A modern, clean hotel with excellent service. Great location next to Kinshichō station with plenty of restaurants and shopping spots nearby. Staff were super helpful and were able to accomodate both luggage transfer and storage. Highly recommend.

Really loved my stay at this hotel! It's very clean and spacious inside, and walkable from both the subway and train stations. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, but it's still a fairly quiet area. I stayed at the Deluxe View room and the view of the city and Skytree were amazing! They also have really great service and amenities.
