Amazing stay at Sunroute Plaza.
Great location for those trying to explore Tokyo. Located right next to shinjuku station and one of the stops on the airport bus. You get dropped off and picked up on hotel property. You can buy tickets on site at the airport and a qr code at the hotel. The room has storage under the bed to make up for the smaller room sizes in Tokyo which was a huge bonus as we had come with suitcases ready to bring home soviniers. The staff is helpful and has amenities for free on site incase you forgot something. It is in the quieter less busy side of Shinjuku station, but alot of really amazing restaurants nearby.

An ideal hotel for our stay in Tokyo. Situated close to Shinjuku Station, you can easily access Tokyo’s excellent rail networks. There are lots of shops and places to eat nearby, and although Shinjuku can get quite lively at night, we had no issues with noise. Staff at the hotel were very kind, spoke fluent English and were able to help with things like deliveries and luggage transfers. The breakfast buffet was great. The rooms are quite small but there is space for small luggage under the bed. Depending on where your room is, you might be lucky enough to have a view of the iconic Mode Gakuen Cocoon Tower, but other rooms have their views obscured by neighbouring buildings. Amenities like facemasks and bath salts were much appreciated and helped to make this a relaxing base for our busy trip to Tokyo.

Beautiful property within 4min walking to Shinjuku station but still very quiet area next to the hustle & bustle. Enjoyed the fresh, clean rooms with a nice bathroom. Hot bathing water and great cool drinking water. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet but also loved being right next to McDonalds and a Family Mart for variety. The only thing we didn’t love was how long it took our clothes to dry in the dryers but we just hung items up to finish drying in the room. Overall a great stay!

Location, Location, Location . I am retired female and traveled to Tokyo by myself , I always felt safe and secure. Having never been to Tokyo before and this is my first time traveling by myself , I wanted the convenience and it not be a hassle of getting from and to the airport . Sunroute Hotel has the drop off and pickup limousine bus service to both Airports in Tokyo. Plus plus plus 😀 Everything I needed or wanted to do was within a 10 minute walk, convenient stores, malls, terminal stations and restaurants. There is so much to see and do just walking around Shinjuku. Look for Godzilla, National Parks, top floor of Government metropolitan building a 360 degrees viewing plus in the evening the building has a light show, Shinjuku lights up in the evening It is an amazing experience to take the subway and the hotel staff are there to help with maps and directions . Plus the front staff speak English . Yes I give this hotel 👍👍 and will stay there again plus recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

Great breakfast buffet. The only issue was clean towels were left on the bathroom floor. Front desk staff attitude was it could have fallen from the towel rack, but that was not the case as it was all folded and left on the bathroom floor by the toilet. One of the front desk staff (female) was a bit abrasive with me. That said the rest of our visit was good.
