The room was a good size and had amenities. The pillow not so comfortable. The shower was hard to control, water was everywhere. I liked the extras such as sleepwear, complimentary water, toothbrush and toothpaste, etc. The wake up call came through.

Our stay at The Royal Park was very nice. Our room was very clean and very quite for being at the airport. Having access to the monorail so close made getting around to the areas we needed very convenient. The shower in our room was fantastic. We will be staying here again. Very convenient for the night before you fly out of Japan.

Always a convenient place to stay when transferring from International to Domestic, if you need to stay overnight. Its the closest hotel in the airport from the international arrival exit in Terminal 3.

I love the location and the room, although small, is perfect for transits and unwinding between flights. The breakfast buffet is excellent and in the premium rooms offer a takeout drink, which is a great idea. Staff are excellent and always humour my stilted efforts to speak Japanese! Really friendly, considering it is a busy place.

The entrance for the hotel is located in the Departures area of the airport and is so convenient for arriving or departing Tokyo Haneda Airport.. Excellent staff who were very professional and friendly. Good luggage storage facility. Very pleasant rooms. Dining on site or easy access to good range of dining and shops in the airport. Easy access into Tokyo via airport stations and monorail.

Convenience to the international terminal. Stay here vs in the city with the only reliance on your alarm to get you to the departure terminal just outside the hotel reception. A great decision we made when we had to be up at 4am for a flight back to Sydney.

The staff was not welcoming nor helpful. We utilized the Royal Park Hotel when flying out of Japan to go back to California. This experience was not very good compared to our inbound flight when we stayed at another Haneda Airport hotel. I asked if after checking out, would Royal Park hotel hold my bags. I was directed to basically exit the hotel and go up to the 4th floor. I was so confused when I had just witnessed another staff member take another guest’s luggage for storage. That guest too seemed to be American. So we ended up lugging all of our luggage around the airport until our 6pm flight check-in. Very disappointing. I don’t recommend Royal Park Hotel Haneda. Very poor service.

Very nice to relax here before taking a flight the next day. There are many amazing restaurants in the terminal to explore at your leisure. Also, the rooms are amazingly soundproofed so you barely hear the jets taking off outside your window. The only drawback is the room we chose was a little small, which is fine for us. But a large person might have trouble navigating the bathroom.
