Nestled on a quiet street in the heart of Sunriver, this vacation rental home offers the perfect getaway for families or couples with top-notch amenities, including a hot tub, spacious deck and private yard, cozy fireplace, and bonus TV room upstairs.

On the main level, you will find a well-stocked kitchen with a gas cooktop and stainless steel appliances. It has everything you’ll need to cook fresh, homemade meals while you’re here. The table seats 6, and the counter seats 3 more. The formal dining room has a table with seating for 8.

The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, a TV with cable and a DVD player, and a full guest bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Bedroom 1 is a main floor Ensuite with a King bed and large windows overlooking the back yard. The attached bathroom has dual vanities and a tub/shower combination.

Head upstairs to find the bonus TV room, 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a King bed and small seating area. Bedroom 3 features a Full bed with a welcoming bench seat beneath the window. Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin beds - great for kids or adults! The bonus TV room offers a nice option for your group to spread out with plenty of sunlit seating for curling up with a good book. There is a desk and chair with gorgeous views if you need to work during your stay. this room also double as an extra sleeping option with a sleeper sofa.

Summer days are best spent outdoors enjoying the sunshine this area is known for, so head on out through the sliding glass doors onto the deck where you’ll find the patio and lounge seating, then fire up the barbecue grill and enjoy a cookout on the deck.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Great get away

The property was great for our family. Close to the bike path in a nice quiet neighborhood. Also a very short ride to the North store for any items you may have forgot. The kids really loved seeing the deer in the backyard every morning.

Wedding weekend

The house was a great setup for my family, with grandpa downstairs, and the big room upstairs was a hangout for the kids. The hot tub was so lovely! We would have loved some cozier blankets on the beds, but they were really comfortable .

Woodland Oasis

Enjoyed the deer! Lovely neighborhood, nice walking paths and biking paths. We enjoyed the bikes in the garage. It was a record heat wave when we stayed and we KNEW there was no AC, but were pleasantly surprised to find multiple fans which helped tremendously.

Quiet and comfortable

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. The home was perfect size for the 8 of us. We loved having extra bikes and the hot tub was fun! The upstairs loft was way bigger than we thought. Pictures don’t do it justice. I would recommend upgrading the oven. It is old and very small and we could only cook one thing at a time so we ended up using the BBQ as well on Thanksgiving!

This place fit the family well and we were her to celebrate my little guys 9th birthday and they had a fabulous card and gift basket for him when we arrived that he would not stop talking about the entire weekend! Communication was great and check out was a breeze. Would stay here again anytime, we had an absolutely wonderful stay and the accommodations were great!

The location was very convenient. The house is quite dated and could use some significant updating. Wood floors very worn. Appliance’s old , although working for the most part. Coffeemaker barely holding together. Bottom of toaster held together with tape. No A/C was a bummer in the significant heat and smoke. On the bright side, Bennington properties was very responsive to any requests.

Very nice home; roomy, clean and well stocked. Outside deck and furniture were a bit tired and the home did not have any access to swimming pools outside of paying $30 per day at the SHARK. Other than those items we were very happy with the home and location.

The outdoor furniture was very dirty and sticky. Would not recommend for family with small children as there is a fireplace in the kitchen with a brick step up around it. Huge tripping hazard Very dark inside. Fortunately for us, we don’t spend a lot of time in the house when we are at Sunriver.

Our family (6 adults and 1 toddler) had a great time. House was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The deer and baby’s were fun to watch in backyard. Fun times biking, hiking, floating the Deschutes, swimming at the Sharc and playing pickleball.

a nice getaway

Enjoyed staying here, it was pretty quiet! Nice walks taken, the bikes were only one speed so that made it hard ride anywhere with only one speed, we did it once! We did get the coffee grinder replaced while we were there (thanks Erica) but the dining room light was broken and one of the upstairs shade was broken but Property mgmt was notified and should get fixed. We had Deer outside that was cool!

Happy Thanksgiving

This is a very cozy and comfortable home. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. We had a group of five total plus pets and the home was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone and our Thanksgiving meal was ideal in the formal dining room. I would highly recommend this home.

House in Disrepair

Several items were in need of repair..ie stove,window blinds,refrig,carpets were old and stained..grass was not cut for half of our stay so back yard unusable. House needed a good cleaning! .Hot tub was the best part!
