Reasonable pricing, but had a few issues with the room. Bent/broken desk chair had to be replaced. The shower fixture was horrible - the faucet ran constantly while the shower was on and the tub drained too slow, so it filled up quickly while you showered. Lots of room for improvement in the breakfast options.

Computers were down, so we couldn't check in on time. It was like 40 min wait. One receptionist was super nice, and the other was ignorant. The elevator smelled like mildew, our room door was broken and had to make sure it was actually shut and locked, the comforters were both dirty and stained, and the ice machine had mold all over over it.

Stay was OK. In the room we received, there were the following issues: 1) Pressure in the toilet was high when flushed, beware of the back splash because it was coming! Also, it didn't take down all the poop on the flush, if you know what I mean. 2) There were black spots/marks on the ceiling corners in the bathroom and on the curtain. I'm guessing it was mold but I'm not for certain. Other than that, the room was fine. Even though I feel as though I could've gotten a better hotel for how much the cost of this one was ($150~ a night)

The staff was amazing they took such good care of our brother during his stay our family cant thank them enough big thanks to Maria who made sure that he had breakfast ever morning and to Janet who made sure that he had lunch and food for dinner, and James who keep him in good sprits during his shift. Hats off to the staff at the Comfort Inn for making him feel at home until he was able to get back home thank you

The sink and toilet ran all day and night, the shower curtain was filthy , the staff was extremely rude and aggressive . Extra money $587 was taken out of my account by the comfort inn and never replaced. This is the worst place ever
