Overall not terrible, but a bit of inconvenience.
The room was okay, the hotel was a bit run down, the side entrances did not work, and the lobby bathroom was not accessible. The room we stayed in had trouble with the shower, but eventually got it working. However, after my wife showered, we found that the electrical outlet near the vanity did not work and was flashing “replace if flashing”. Therefore she could not use the blow dryer mounted to the wall to dry her hair. The vanity sink did not drain and stayed full overnight and into the next morning (arrived back late to find this). We informed the front desk in the morning as we were only staying overnight, and spoke with a very helpful lady named Janet she wanted to help with a partial refund, but could not as we booked through hotels.com. She advised to have hotels reach out to her directly and she would credit us back a partial refund for the inconvenience.

Front desk was unpleasant, they didn't want to answer any questions. The bed sheets had stings and it's all wrinkles like someone slept on it already. I ended up to forfeit the 2nd night and moved to another hotel.

Check in person was rude, carpet Al over the hotel hall war deteriorated, marihuana smell over the hotel. They over charge me 100 dollars after check in for early check in.

The day staff at the front desk were very good. Unfortunately there was only 1 attendant on duty so when they were called away, phone unanswered, no service at front desk. Night attendant didn’t leave my wake up call. Night attendant didn’t fix my room phone as requested. Breakfast attendant was wonderful. Breakfast foods were terrible. No choice, bargain basement cereal, no bagels, beverage cups tge size of thimbles, unappetizing fruit.

We spent two nights there and on the first night they broke into our truck and stole my husbands tools 5,000 worth of tools. The hotel manager said they did not see anyone on the cameras even though they were pointing directly to our truck. We feel like they are in on it and know exactly who is stealing from the cars parked there. They have security driving around and yet they saw nothing!

The property was ok. it just looks a ittle run down. my only bad review is with the chek in. when I came i there was no one at the desk. I needed to go to the restroom. when i found it, it was locked. came back up to the desk and noone was there. Stood there for another 5-7 minutes , then the lady shows up and gives me the key. By that time, I barely made it to the bathroom.I have never been to a hotel where there was no one to check you in for at least 10 minutes after you get there. I am talking about noone being at the desk.
