Good location. Choice of food for breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean and right for our holiday, would have liked a kettle in room to make a cup of coffee or tea though. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel was in a great location close to railway and underground. Hotel room was basic but clean and breakfast choices were plentiful however on 2 of the 3 mornings the hot offerings were at best tepid which wasn’t great

This is a lovely no-frills, value for money hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. It is conveniently situated in the centre of what was East Berlin. Walking distance to many attractions, museums etc. very easy to get to from the airport with an excellent direct train service to Alexanderplatz. We had a great stay and would definitely return. The breakfast buffet was very good, offering a wide range of options to suit all tastes. The only slight niggle is that there was no kettle in the room for an early morning coffee. There was however a copious supply available from the breakfast bar, if you were prepared to go and get it.

Dont let the area put you off.
Lovely hotel. Clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was so tasty with lots of options. Handy for local transportation, trains and buses a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again

Great price, clean, with a convenient location. The breakfast was amazing! The room was a little cozy for four with a weird bathroom door for privacy, but we enjoyed our stay and the services they provided.

4 night stay with my daughter in comfort twin room. Room clean, very quiet though we faced the Main Street. Good location, short walk from Alexanderplatz so easy to get to from the airport. Great breakfast and evening dining options pretty good and reasonably priced. Fantastic shower ….( Would love to know how you get the shower screen looking so good!) Would definitely return and recommend.

The hotel is basic but clean. The heated bathroom floor was a delight. While the food was good, it was expensive and one of the servers was quite rude - did not acknowledge our presence and sighed when we asked for a sandwich - treating us like a nuisance. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay. We would have liked if tea and coffee were available in the room.
