This was not my first time staying but unfortunately it might be my last. I remember the rooms being nicer previously. The couch in my room was broken and very hard to sit on. On two occasions I felt unsafe when entering the building and the lift. There were a group of young men in and out of lifts being quite loud and obnoxious and foul mouthed. At one point in the lift I was concerned for my well being as one young man jumped at another and started yelling at him. No consideration for me. I believe this is a group of long term tenants. I also believe there might be a small dog being kept as a pet on the same floor I stayed as I heard barking and whimpering. The roadworks and interrupted road access due to works was loud also
