The room is a bit aged and small. They are under staff in the early evening, only one person at the front desk, saying too busy to fix our issue. Breakfast selection is pretty basic, compared with the extract charges. Overall it is not too bad as it is easy access to tram and restaurants.

The staff were all lovely and helpful. We were offered a late checkout, however due to our itinerary needed to checkout prior to 6am. Negative is the price of parking. $50 a night is a bit much, should be cheaper when staying with them as it is a car park owned by the hotel. As we had to leave before 6am we had no choice but to park here as other car parks near by don't open until 6am. Luckily the staff member checking us in help us discover this, otherwise I may not have caught it. And it would have made a mess of our plans. He also made sure that we could exit quickly from the car park in the morning. The room was clean, spacious and minimalist. It has been set up to accommodate those with mobility aids. Large tiled bathroom, walk in open shower (there is a curtain, however could be left open and towels and toilet won't get wet! Block out blinds, only light in the room was from the door into the room, but minimal. Or could put a pillow in front of door. We found the location great, close to transport and everything we wanted to access.

Really convenient for a show in the city, close to public transport, clean, modern and well positioned rooms, great dining options nearby. Would love a room service menu. I used the pool which was small and shallow but still lovely the morning after a night out, plus the sauna was awesome. Fantastic stay for the price, couldn't ask for more.

Mould in the shower Coffee drips around fridge area. Overflow outlet in the hand basin was absolutely full of i don't even want to know.TV Remote control was absolutely built up with grime. We all know that world also contain human excrement!!! I requested that i receive a phone call about my complaint to the front desk. This was on the 5/12/2024 Today being the 10th and still no contact.
