The room is a bit aged and small. They are under staff in the early evening, only one person at the front desk, saying too busy to fix our issue. Breakfast selection is pretty basic, compared with the extract charges. Overall it is not too bad as it is easy access to tram and restaurants.

This property was extremely disappointing, housekeeping was appalling, the rooms were small and you could hear every noise through the walls. Their so called snack bar had a $12 garden salad which consisted of iceberg lettuce and 4 cherry tomatoes and that was it ! I would never stay their again

Great central location within walking distance of CBD. Unfortunately I was allocated a room next to the skip bins which were emptied at 1:30am until 2:30am, with much banging, clashing, and glass shattering. Way too noisy.

Rated as a three star property this property surpasses some higher rated in the area. Ease of check in with lovely staff, very welcoming reception area. Twin room small but very adequate with comfortable beds. Plunge pool perfect with good view. Don’t attend the bar onsite or eat onsite so cannot comment. Location is fantastic, Chinatown, theatres and shopping an easy walk, lots of local bars close by, cheap Uber ride to sports precinct. Will stay again!

The property is in a great location and the rooms are an ok size. We had a twin room and whilst not huge was big enough. The only let down was we had to call housekeeping everyday to do one thing or another in our room after they had supposedly cleaned it. Attention to detail i.e. not replacing dirty cups, making beds, replacing used condiments.
