Easy check in option. Only 1 key given as it was a studio but was able to work with it. Nice room clean but no bin except for in the toilet.

The stay was very noisy. Walls are paper thin. People in one appt partied till 4:00 am. I stayed four nights, had housekeeping visit once only after the second night. The appt was missing basics like cutlery, tea cups. It is close to the city, I think these are often used for parties. Location is convenient for the District and team access. There’s better options in the area.

Clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only improvement could have been in the communication leading up to our stay where we made some requests for the room configurations but the rooms were set up as requested when we arrived so we were happy. We also received a late check out, which was great!

Handy to free Tram and supermarkets. Unfortunately basic requirements cannot be met. Kingbed room booked - twin beds pushed together provided with gap in the middle - was advised by reception at checkin that the hotel provided King size beds in ALL rooms; Twin quilts made as King quilt cover so would fall to the side and leave a gap in the middle at night; Requested 2 extra pillows and told should check the wardrobe for more - which I had already done; Room not cleaned properly on checkin - dirty cup and empty drink can left; and also daily even though "full service paid for" as confirmed by reception; Basic supplies including coffee and milk not replenished even after requested. Total 7 nights stay - I had to request basic items on 5 evenings (and that's only because Sunday there is no housekeeping). Lots of other better options around the area.

Great location and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Booked a car park through hotel @$35 per night which was great. Needs a bit of maintenance ended up getting the tool kit from my car to tighten bolts on the table which was so rickety it was unusable.

Quiet location and convenience for me and my family. Easy to commute to CBD. However, I found out there are some dirt and blood on the quilt and it’s smelly. Also the shower area is easy to have water spread out. Other than that it’s a good choice.
