Location excellent. That's about it. 1) Noise from workmen from outside as soon as we arrived fri afternoon, all morning Sat. Needs to be stated and price reduced. Not worth $250 a nite. 2) Bar fridge not working 3) Plug for hairdryer in Bathroom not working. Staff siad the master switch needed to be on. Tried that, still nothing. If thats the case suggest a wriiten note claiming so. 4) Rang Sat am for milk as only one in bar fridge. Rang 3 times, with staff saying they would bring up. I ended up going downstairs to retieve. Very poor service. Just for milk in our coffee. 5) Concierge helpful when we were leaving. Woeful Disappointed.

Wonderful staff. I requested eg a quiet room, room service, extra tea bags - and the staff were prompt and obliging. Unbeatable central location. Only issue I had was the noise from the screaming kids in the pool during the afternoons where their noise echoed around the atrium and into my room and there was no blocking the noise out unless I put ear plugs in. Which I did. Kids should be encouraged to enjoy the pool of course but perhaps the hotel could place a sign up at the pool requesting all guests keep noise levels down and no yelling?

My family and I stayed for the first time and it had been a great experience. Great service and amenities. We booked the junior suite which was perfect for our young family of 4. We want to book again! The location is fantastic and great for families.

Comfortable room for our short stay. Lovely staff and reasonable room service menu. The breakfast room was very busy and a bit noisy - but it was a very busy time of year with the Cricket Test on. My only suggestion would be to use some noise calming devices in that area if such a thing exists. Otherwise a really enjoyable stay.

It’s a below average hotel for the price paid. Dirty beds and toilet. Unhygienic breakfast and very limited eating options for breakfast. Staff never helps on anything. No parking or stopping point for pick up and dropping off travelers. Overall a very bad experience.

During this business trip stay, we encountered extremely hot weather, and the air conditioning in all three booked rooms failed. Despite the front desk offering a full refund for one night for each room, they stated they couldn't process it because the booking was made through Expedia. After following up with Novotel through Expedia, the best they could offer was a disappointing 25% discount. The conditions in the rooms were uninhabitable, making it impossible for anyone to sleep due to the intense heat and humidity. We were penalised for using Expedia
