Great shower and comfy bed with good airconditioning of the room in the hot weather. The grounds were a slightly unkempt in some areas. Some other patrons were noisy, in a friendly way, some smokers were wafting to my upstairs room.

Bunk beds instead on twins. Terrible mattress. No top sheets. Broken step dangerous on entry. Cornice damage and hole in ceiling. Vanity broken. Positive was very clean and shower was great.
