I flew in from Sydney the night before i was having a work day in Melbourne so that i could sleep well. I hardly slept staying there. I was given a room adjacent to another one with a door in the middle of the two rooms which made it no-sound-proof at all. Construction works continued throughout the night and the room still had breadcrumbs on the table and a dusty shelf. I was moved to another room after i complaint the next morning and it was much smaller than the previous one. I could still hear construction noise at night. The only good things were the beds and that i was able to leave my luggage when i checked out in their luggage room at no charge. If i could get a refund for this stay.

Modern, Well priced and Excellent Location in CBD
Great location, just a few minutes walk from Southern Cross Station and easy walk to various shopping areas. Hotel seems quite new, and rooms were modern and functional. Free breakfast is OK, but very hectic and crowded. More coffee machines and tables would help. Also breakfast is only open 7am on weekends, which we missed out one day due to an early travel schedule.

Overall it was an okay stay. To even find reception you have to go to the 2nd floor. There is a sign outside 2 lifts saying to go up to the 2nd floor. These lifts don’t work and you need to go around the corner to other lifts. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but really small. Breakfast was okay.If you want eggs, scrambled was the only choice and they weren’t good. The coffee is not great either. The biggest problem was paying for parking at the hotel and being directed to the car park. I scanned the QR code, filled out the info and the concierge asked if I was parked out the front. I said yes. He said it was just down the road. We parked in the only carpark we could see. Wrong one! Paid for parking when we left.

Rooms were within the standards of a hotel that was built in 2022 . However rooms didn’t contain the basic of toiletries, you have to request them?! Breakfast was below average, do not get lured by the concept of free breakfast it’s a trap. It was absolutely disastrous! Front desk staff were lovely

The hotel was very nice, the room was excellent and having breakfast included was fantastic. The surrounding area was a bit bleak, but overall a very enjoyable stay. would definitely stay there again.

I loved every minute of my stay here!
High floor, great city views, so close to everything I needed to access. Less than 5 mins from Southern Cross Station. Room was so fresh, new & super clean. Bed wasn't the comfiest I have ever slept on - a bit on the firm side - but I slept ok anyway. Loved the bathroom/shower design, very ingenious! Plenty of towels, nice toiletries, little fridge, clothes hangers, seating, TV & a small table/desk. Staff were absolutely wonderful. From check in to check out & at breakfast they were friendly, helpful & professional. Lovely guy in the suit assisting at busy breakfast time deserves a special mention for his lively conversation & attentiveness. Ladies at the desk, serving at the bar & ordering me late night snacks were always happy to help. It was streamlined, seamless, clean, safe & the perfect place for a 4 day 3 night stay as a woman travelling alone for the first time in a very long time. Couldn't fault it. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back!

Great location, very central, tram options 1-2 blocks each way. New property, very clean. Great breakfast buffet. Nice rooms but wasnt a fan of the glass lined showers, maybe fine for couples but bit awkward with friends. Otherwise great stay.
