Our1st room airconditioner not working. 2nd room the phone didn't have a cable, not connected. This was advised to a staff member who stated will arrange to have this looked at. No one attended. I also had to make several trips to diinig area to collect dinner as i couldn't be contacted due to the phone not working. Very disappointed.

The hotel was quite modern and well decorated. The cleanliness was questionable. We stayed for two nights and I had bite marks all over my body. I did not see any bed bugs but I definitely have several bumps. The spoons in the room were dirty. And there was lots of hair all over the bathroom. The breakfast is great and the laundry facilities were excellent! Again the decor was very hip and modern. Perhaps a little work on cleaning is needed. Also thanks to the hotel staff, my partner left their AirPods in the room we discovered this much later and the staff were able to retrieve them from the room and we picked them up the following day which was very kind!

Staff were friendly at check out and in the hallway. Changed my room no drama. Stored luggage no problem. Good location, walkable to everywhere and Southern Cross. Good sized room, great night shade, still going to hear street noise. Breakfast is busy, everyone comes out of the woodwork.
