The girl at the check in desk on NYE was fabulous as she was trying to do everything on her own, as well as the bar counter. More staff were really needed. Mark, the breakfast manager was fabulous, friendly and extremely helpful. The bathroom doors in the hotel rooms freaked me out that they automatically would close. Not sure if that is something for handicapped guests but it made me very uncomfortable. Great location. Would stay again. Thx

Fantastic location, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was smallish but very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The free buffet breakfast and parking made our stay very affordable and great value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located, which is a definite advantage. However, there are some significant issues that need to be addressed. The room was very dusty, and even after housekeeping had serviced it, it was clear they hadn’t vacuumed properly, as I found piles of hair in the corners. Additionally, there were visible stains throughout the room, as well as in the corridors, reception area, and dining room, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and comfort. Most of the staff were pleasant and professional, but unfortunately, one receptionist with short hair was exceptionally rude and displayed an attitude that is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I strongly recommend that management address her behavior to ensure guests are treated with respect and professionalism. With some improvements in cleanliness and staff training, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

We travelled to Melbourne for a concert at the Rod Laver Arena which was about a 20 min fairly easy walk. The hotel was also within walking distance to tram and train and Southbank. Great location and great breakfast with lots of variety. I would stay again, good value for money, nice room and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel. Location was perfect.
The hotel comes across as quite new and very well done. I could not fault anything a hint. You can book a hotel car parking. Had reception by scanning a QR code headroom for the car park is 2.1 m
