The carpet was dirty and had not been cleaned before we arrived. After the first night we put the room service sign out for it to be cleaned. After we came back the floor still hadn’t been vacuumed. The surfaces in the room were dusty and the walls were dirty as well. On a positive note it’s in a great location.

What a great place to stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly and location was close to everything we wanted during our Melbourne staycation. Would have given 5 stars all round but unfortunately the room was far too warm. Was very hard to sleep in 😔…that said, I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Mikey and Clarissa were standouts for service. The breakfast included was excellent for choice and quality ( no need for lunch after that). Rooms were very comfortable.

Great Stay!

Our experience from check-in to check out was excellent. Hotel is modern and clean. It is central to Southbank, Arts Centre, St Kilda Road. Parking on site was a bonus.

Really happy with our overnight stay here. Spacious, clean, modern room. Included breakfast and easy cheap parking (when added on during booking process for $1) were great value. Decent gym. Just a short walk from Southbank / Crown Casino. Would happily stay again.

Efficient service and good breakfast

Very efficient service and a wide range of food, including both hot and cold available at the complementary buffet breakfast. They also looked after our luggage on the last day after checkout which was very helpful as we had a late flight.

Great Hotel free upgrades. Beautiful buffet breakfast. Very clean hotel. Only thing no water provided in fridege must bring your own. Only access to water was from a tap in the bathroom. And bring your tissues and hand wipes.
