Dust all over the place, spider webs all around the corners, no toilet paper , carpet as dirty as hell, during my 3 nights stay I even requested a vacuum clean , unfortunately it didn’t gets cleaned when I returned back to the room in the afternoon

Beautiful view and comfy bed. Staff were very helpful. Our TV in our room was unfortunately broken however the manager quickly offered another room which was very much appreciated.

We just stayed for 12 nights, we have nothing but a complimentary review. From check-in the staff were exceptional. Gave us the option of two room types, took us to inspect both. Location is fantastic, on the tram line and close to what we required for our family Christmas. Excellent value for money. We will stay again

I did not like the dirty shower and running out of coffee and shower caps. Most importantly was plugging my phone charger into the socket and getting zaped by the power point. THIS RAN PAIN UP MY ARM FOR THE NEXT DAY. NOT A NICE WAY TO DRIVE A CAR 400KM THE NEXT DAY. All the motel could offer was lets move you to a better room. Late at night was not the greatest experience. After 5 nights no offer of any discount at all. Was not the best experience. Ms. A. M. Spence
