Clean and neat, easy to find, great location, helpful staff. My favourite thing about this motel is the decor, it's straight from the early 90s, all in excellent condition. I loved the phone/radio

The motel though quite old but clean and comfortable. It's very convenient with restaurants nearby and tram stop to the city.

Everything you need, just maybe not glamour.
I actually had a nice stay and the room was clean and had good amenities. Kettle fridge microwave and hair-dryer. Also had a pleasant view. I slept well and the premises was quiet. The management does well to care for a fairly tired building. But it is a bit dated. However a great position close to hospitals and cafes, restaurants and the Victoria Market. Easy parking on site which is a priority for me.

We had a problem being we would arrive late. Hospital had us. It was after 8pm. There was no flexibility on there behalf. They didnt allow us in after 8 pm, kept our money, so had to drive 5 hours back home from 10 pm after a arriving in Melbourne the same day, same travel time. Really needed a bed. Wont recommend them to anyone.

Staff were very helpful and very welcoming. We were there because family in royal Melbourne hospital. We didn’t know each day what we were doing. Staff were always very accommodating, each time when we phoned as asking to stay again they were very polite and always made it possible to stay on short notice. Thank you for making a very difficult time easier for us. Ww would certainly stay again.
