The pictures that are provided did not match the room that i obtained. Tiny, old carpet, stains on the shower walls and on the paint walls. Needs major upgraded - combine two rooms to make one

Room had a smell. Fridge didn't work. Gave us a 10$ Refund as we couldn't keep food or drinks cold. Beds were comfy though.

The property was definitely a ultra budget hotel, however they charged overpriced room rates because of the Afl grand final. They were painting the hallways it had a very strong smell. The room next to us was soooo noisy at 4am in the morning. My husband killed a giant cockroach in the toilet and we were kn ths 3rd floor. Anytime we got in the lifts there was spit on the ground and rubbish left behind by uncaring customers The bed was small possibly a double. Not the place to stay for 5 night's

The room we stayed in was a shoebox and definitely not worth the money we paid for it. The photo that was advertised and in this review is nothing like what we stayed in. I think that’s poor form showing a room that we did not get.The ad says there is a queen bed , our room had a double bed. The toilet was also terribly small and to be honest not up to standard. We won’t be staying at this place again

Great location and Good Budget accom.
Fantastic location and staff were great. Easy check in and out and easy access. Rooms are old and worn and very small. Beds not super comfortable. But good for the price in Melb CBD.

The lady on the desk was lovely she upgraded our room and gave us a late checkout as it was my husband’s birthday and when we got back later that night there were chocolates, balloons and a nice little Happy Birthday note. Great service!

Our room did not reflect the rooms shown on the website. It was much smaller and darker. The bathroom was part of the room with just a shower curtain separating the area. The toilet had a door but shared the same exhaust fan as the shower so the ajoining wall did not go to the ceiling. There was an argument in the hallway at 5.30 in the morning. I called reception but there is nobody attending overnight. Which is a security risk.

Lovely spot to stay for a night. Staff were friendly on arrival and helpful with anything you needed. The place was clean and maintained. It was easy to get to from trains and crown parking. I would definitely stay again and recommend for people for short stays.
