There’s nothing particularly bad about this hotel, I just wouldn’t consider it a four star. Looks like a dorm. Rooms are spacious. Conveniently located near u-Bahn

Comfortable, clean and professional.
The room was very clean, matress comfortable and bedding/pillows also very comfortable. Staff were friendly from check in to check out. Highly rate if exploring Berlin.

Hotel is showing its age with wear and tear around the edges. Elevators are slow and old, lots of winding corridors with stained carpets and fainted 80s style sign outside hotel. We arrived late at night to a room that did not appear to have been cleaned to a good standard. Carpet was covered in hair and dirt and stains, crumbs left on table, blinds covered in black marks, hairs in bath and toilet, and dirty toilet seat. Our bedsheets had massive holes in them. We had to go to reception in the early hours of morning but as hotel was full, all the receptionist could do was clean the room and change the bedsheets himself. We did receive an offer of a complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed and a room swap for our hassles. The staff were good at sorting the situation however I would not stay here again as the hotel is far from 4 star standards.

The hotel is a bit old and the theme is a little cheesy. The room is a good size for 2 people and the bathroom as well. The air conditioning could be better but at least there’s a window to crack open. If you are doing the Berlin marathon I would try to find something closer as it is about 25-30 min away from the brandenburg gates.

Great location with easy access to central Berlin sights. Lovely clean room & bathroom. Friendly staff and check in/out experience. Breakfast was good and had a great selection. Would recommend for any solo/business travellers.

Hospitable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Very clean throughout, comfortable rooms, good bathroom facilities and sturdy matresses. Breakfast was adequate with a good selection of hot or cold offerings. There is a bar in the foyer, with beer on tap and a good selection of wine and spirits. It was open late, which was great for a nightcap. There is not too much happening in the immediate area but the hotel is located a few minutes walk to two underground stations. Or It's a 20 min walk north to central Mitte, and 25 min walk east to Alenanderplatz. I Would have no issues about staying here again.
