The pool area was excellent, with ample seating and attentive service. However, we were disappointed with the room view. Despite paying extra for a view of the Sphere, the actual view was minimal unless we stood at the corner of the window. This fell short of our expectations, as the room was advertised( picture of the room we booked), with a clear view of the lights from the bed, which was not the case.

Nasty Sofa
I had very high hopes for this 5-star property. It would have lived up to it's reputation had it not been for the nasty sofa in my 24th floor suite. It looked like an auto-mechanic had been sitting on it. The view of The Sphere was fantastic.
