Bed hard as a rock!
The bed was very uncomfortable, hard as a rock. The pillow top was completely compressed with deep troughs on both sides of the bed. Making it impossible to get a good nights sleep.

The garden pool was a nice oasis amount all the pool. The hotel is beautiful and the options for food and drink is amazing. The staff was amazing, from front desk to hotel cleaning staff.

Honestly I was expecting a top notch experience and was disappointed. I am used to better than what the Venetian offered up. On check-in they tried to upsell us for another $50 per night, when we said no they said they could give us a better suite on a higher floor—at no extra charge. The suites were big but very dark as there is just the one window so it felt like a cave—nothing like their website photos. The bathroom had terrible lighting so it was difficult to try and put on makeup—oh, and the bathroom door to the toilet wouldn’t close! There were two flat screen tvs, not huge, but the brightness kept changing and going dark then suddenly bright-irritating but we didn’t watch much tv. The iron board was aged and sloped down so clothes kept slipping off and the iron was broken so we had to get a replacement—which was pretty quick and appreciated as we were trying to make our dinner reservations. We were on the 19th floor suites and it was quiet most nights —all but two and then it was LOUD at 2am in the morning—but it is Vegas I guess. The Canyon Ranch spas was nice but slightly dated we had massages and spent a few hours visiting the various spa offerings. It was nice until we went to change and shower. The shower was scalding hot!!! I was soaped up so didn’t have much in the way of options as the water went from hot and hotter and the scalding on both extremes of the dial. It kind of defeated the whole spa day of getting relaxation. 3/5 stars at best.

Talked into an "upgraded room" was told original room booked din not have a fridge for use, only for mini bar use. On reservation it said original room was renevated and it had fridge and view of sphere was front view. I was sick everytime i got off elevator on to floor, and was sick in room. It waould improve once i was out of room.and florr, smelled of carpet glue, new carpet, or industural.cleaner. Room was in south tower completely away from everything...this was my anniversay trip which was not an enjoyment at all. Other issues also but this was a few. Disappointed.
