Great place with so much to do on site and within walking distance. Only stayed one night so couldn't take advantage of all amenities, but did catch a movie at the Regal Theater and grabbed dinner from the food court. Very convenient! Will stay again 😊

Very clean, nice and very elegant. Dislike: The keycard reader for our room didn’t work, it was very inconvenient after traveling all day. Even the housekeepers tried to help (after multiple attempts it finally worked), the keycard reader hardware was malfunctioning and it took 30-1hr for someone to come in and fix the issue.

The property is great. No doubt. I am not going back to the strip after staying here multiple times. But, be aware of the booking process. When they offer an "upgrade," be aware of what you are getting. The last time we stayed there (in May) - the first time - we got a room that was poolside. Great room. Great experience. Beautiful vistas. They offered us an "upgraded" room this time. An upgraded room better than the last room, which was great? Of course. Yes, I accepted the offer. The fee was, really, nominal. In my opinion, not at upgrade. The room was nice, no issues with the room. Their idea of an upgrade was a balcony, which we did not have before. Our view, however, was the roof of the valet over the front door to the hotel. Don't get me wrong, I really like this place. But, just be sure you know what "upgrade" means.

The button on the phone isn't hooked up to valet, so I tried fit ten minutes to get someone to bring up my car. I was late for my appt. The carpet in the room was ripped, when I asked to stay one more night they increased the rate by 4x's my rate making it impossible. The maid came in my room without knocking before check out which startled me. I also had a late check out. The reward app wouldn't take the pin I was given wasting more of my time trying to access rewards for the casino...The spa massage man was inappropriate and unprofessional toward me. I will not be returning.
