You would think that the more nights you spend at a facility, the better the service gets; wrong! We chose the room days ahead, checked in thru the website, and paid for the resorts fees in advance. Still, when we got there, the rooms was not available, we were downgraded, and no VIP perks were given. Let’s see if we visit Wynn again.

Property is lavish and well kept. Staff is friendly and approachable. Only complaint is there is no coffee in room. If you forget to place a room service order the night before then searching for coffee shops that don’t have long lines is ridiculous. It took over an hour to get coffee!
