We like the Golden Nugget but definitely upgrade the room, the Carson tower is old and the rooms are outdated. Road noise is also an issue.

Okay stay, lots of things in room need maintenance
Room was clean, beds okay, but coffee maker didn't work ( talked to an engineer) they didn't come back and fix it. Electric panel by bed didn't work. Front desk had great service. Belld3sk had excellent service.

I DID NOT LIKE PAYING 50.00 A DAY FOR RESORT FEE. I'VE STAYED AT MANY CASINOS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAD TO PAY RESORT FEES, I USUALLY GET COMPLIMENTARY ROOMS. WE HAD OUR ROOM CLEANED ONLY ONCE, USED INTERNET ABOUT AN HOUR DURNING THE WHOLE WEEK, DID NOT USE PARKING. CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE $400.00 RESORT FEE WAS FOR.

The room was a bit noisy until 1 AM with the band playing on Fremont Street. Also the glass door on the shower was hard to operate and appeared to be broken. I reported it to the front desk when I checked out.
