Alma who works on the 14th floor in District is soooo good at making sure the rooms are nice and clean. Also there is a certain green spray/disinfectant that she uses to clean Loveeee the smellll Also love the kiosk machines here

No water cooler available on the floor for customers, which is a basic necessity of any human being. Bottle of Water was reluctantly given on asking, not a pleasant memory

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigars that follow you from the casino all the way to your room. Room was clean, carpet was not. They really need to do something about the smell. Other big hotels on the strip do not suffer from this.

I enjoyed staying at The Linq, The rooms are clean, and comfortable over all service is courteous and good answered to all my questions. I wish the cocktail service on the machine players , cause i play a lot would make regular runs . I spent a few hundreds and a few hours only was asked for a drink 2 times.

When I first got there, I paid for an upgraded room. Went up to the room and it was dirty, dusty and had hair from previous people on the pillow and couches. It looked as if no one maintained it. I go back downstairs to be told that I could downgrade or pay for an upgrade because they didn’t have anymore rooms like that available. Initially they weren’t even going to give me a discount on the upgrade but after convincing them that it wasn’t my fault I opted to upgrade for the 2nd time. It cost me an additional 200 dollars but it was my birthday weekend and I just didn’t want to deal with the BS. The bathroom A/C filter is dirty as hell! The badge system on the elevator doesn’t work. I would NEVER give them my money ever again.
