The property was beautiful and all restaurants were clean and the staff was nice. However, I checked in on line and still had to wait some time to get a “key”??? I would think this hotel would have the keys they send to your phone? The man that helps with the luggage was verbally rude. Please remind them they are the first contact we have with your hotel/casino! Who allows cigarette smoking indoors - there are children here and it is dangerous to everyone’s health. Lastly check out is at 11am tell the house keepers that. You have many entertainments that last till late in the night/early morning. We want to sleep in!!!!
