Treating your guests going to a security conference like criminals and harassing rooms with privacy cards with extra room inspections does not show me you really cared about my safety. It showed me you didn't want us there. So, I Will never stay at this place again.

It took 40 minutes for us to be checked in and by the time we checked in, they moved us from resorts world to the Conrad hotel. I did not receive any VIP perks!

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, we arrived early at the hotel, and the front desk staff kindly helped us with early check-in. They also helped us choose a room above the 50th floor , which was quiet and offered a great night cityview. The air conditioning could be adjusted, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable and dry, without the feeling of dampness.Gym equipment is very new and advanced. Overall, the experience was excellent.

We stayed for 7 nights for 2 birthdays, a 70th and 21st. The 21st was a lot of fun especially when you win at craps. Seriously, Resorts World is a different set-up that other strip hotels in that it is 'sleek' and 'clean,' without too much of the in your face decor and themes of other strip properties. More of an Asian style with nice food court and restaurants. Easy access across the street to Encore and Wynn, and then just keep going from one property to the next. Customer service was the best, especially Anthony at check-in. Go find Here Kitty Kitty and have a drink. I did not go, but my 21 year old son said Zouck is best nightclub in Vegas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No hidden fees at check in. The concierge was great as getting us reservations and bookings in the area. We loved the dining options and the atmosphere. Can’t wait to see what else they add here. Pools were never crowded but we did go early in the day between 9-12. Didn’t order room service but we enjoyed the AI all around the property. The stores did upcharge a lot but there is a Walgreens and seven eleven right across the street. The only small thing I could say is there is no Lyft pickup at the Hilton entrance, so we had to choose the Conrad and let every driver know we are at the Hilton. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect.
