clean, organized, have so many food selection and there is 24/7 convenience stire just next to elevators to hotel lobby, the the vibe is relaxed. there is boot to lend portable charger for a fee, if they are in low season like december . only 1 pool and the jacuzzi is open

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Peppermill for convenient breakfast but required cab/Uber to get to strip. Would come back.

Front desk reception (Heidy) was not so friendly nor accommodating and looked unhappy at her job. We asked for a late check out and she said to call next morning. Then I said that we prefer to book it in advance as we were flying out late next day and was willing to pay the $100 late check out fee that hotels normally charge and she was still reluctant to until I insisted. I have never had an issue with this at any other hotels especially if we are paying for the late check out fee. In the end, she did do it for us but seemed miserable for doing so, I’m not sure what the issue was. We were just at the Wynn and did the same thing with no issues. Will not be going back here due to service. Also, a lot of the restaurants and stores seemed to be closed during the busy holiday season which is strange as every other hotel on the strip was busy and vibrant.
