The shower in our bathroom was clogged. Everytine somebody would shower it would take a couple of minutes fornthe water to go down. So nasty! Would not recommend anybody to stay at the hotel.

We had a nice time at Circus Circus. The room was spacious, it was easy to get to midway and restaurants, the bed was comfortable. The shower was awful. It seemed like our shower head was missing a piece and it sprayed everywhere. The towels were also very rough.

That in the ad online it said that the property was pet friendly which it was not my animals were traumatized from being in their cages for 10 hrs looking for another room but because of your policy itwould take 7 to 10 days to get a refund so what is the use of purchasing the insurance when your company is not willing to honor that either so yes im really upset and will not be using your services for any of my vacation needs and im going to the BBB for deciving ads and tell the news papers all about your deceiving practices of selling people insurance and taking and telling them screwed any way

I did not like the stay. My spouse, kids and I could not sleep all night as fan motor was too loud. Kept running all night and rattling. No water bottles provided in the room. Hole in the visible through the wall paper. Please refund my money.
