They didn't have the room requested, weren't given parking structure details or elevator instructions. Check-in acted like we were an inconvenience. Put in Sky Tower and upon trying to check out-no one was in that lobby and escalators were down. So we traveresed the long journey to the main lobby only to be greeted by a dead end because that down escalator was in-op (no stairs as an option). Escalators were down throughout. Room across hall was sooo loud and trying to get hotel to do anything about it was impossible. We were basically told by front desk there was nothing they could do. AC in room sounded like it was a dying pig. Ice bucket is in the bathroom right next to toilet (gross). Window was extremely dirty so we cleaned it to enjoy the view. Overall it's a poorly maintained property and they seem ok with that. Won't stay again

Great stay very clean but too much homeless hanging out by the indoor elevators and also too many stairs ! Had to carry all the luggage thru alot of stairs no other way and plus no pool :( and no train!

The room was nice, but when going to bed went to pull the couch out and the couch was broken. The front desk staff said they were already aware that the couch didn’t pull out and it was broken, and that was the reason for the rent.

The AC unit in our room sounds like a washing machine...loud....Also being a California Certified Elevator Mechanic I am shocked to see so many escalators out of service.We couldn't get to the lobby easily and no signs directed us to a convenient detour.

Overall, The trip was great. It was short. I’ve stayed there before it’s always been good. I was encouraged to do mobile check-in however, the only thing that bugged me was you still have to go through the regular line do mobile check in which doesn’t really make much sense

Some inconveniences, works for what it is.
Oversized packing is terrible! Only about twenty spots and most were taken by teslas. No “free” children’s show’s except for in the a.m on t.v. You had to buy the pay preview. The refrigerator in our room was broken.

My husband and I, daughter and grandaughter stayed over night because we had a family wedding to attend today. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I hav no complaints. At check in we requested adjoining rooms, clerk was very kind and accomodated our request. It was great including the price. Had dinner, played a lil slots and turned in upstairs. I look forward to coming back definitely!

Overall the room was just fine, roomy and a good view. Be aware of the self parking garage, it's dark at night, very minimal if any real security, don't leave anything valuable in your car and of course lock it. The staff was great and the room was quiet. Overall an excellent value for the low price of the room which was less than the $40 plus "resort fee" which is really ridiculous. I would stay there again, just be aware of your surroundings especially on the sidewalks outside the casino and the self parking garage.
