Worse experience ever. I had to call multiple times during the day for housekeeping and they never came until 2am when I needed to sleep. the room was dirty.. No water in the room. Room was dusty, No microwave.

We had a King Bed Bordeaux room in Mid-November for 5 nights. Room was clean, great bathroom/shower. Seni was our house keeper and did a fantastic job..very pleasant. The express check-in and check-out is the way to go, very fast and convenient. Everyone was very friendly, especially in the restaurants. Great time!

The hotel is nice & clean. Location is great for access to other hotels, shopping and food. Staff was helpful when we were places in a room that had a few issues. My one suggestion is for housekeeping to have a better way of doing le checking if they cleaned a room, they missed ours and even after schedule it while we were at dinner, they never came. Otherwise all was great!
